Only publish what you can offer
You must own or be authorised to offer the vehicle or part or manage the business. Offers must be lawful and in the appropriate category. The publishing account must be active.
Car listings are available to individuals and eligible showrooms. Publishing spare parts currently requires your own approved or “Trusted” spare parts business. Registering a business does not make it public before review.
Accurate details, without exaggeration
Describe the actual condition, provide an accurate price in Omani rials where requested, and use the offer’s location and contact information. Disclose known defects and important details; do not conceal facts affecting the other party’s decision.
For parts, check the part number, compatibility, models and years stated. Do not claim authenticity, a warranty, inspection or approval you cannot substantiate. Do not use the platform’s name to imply it is the seller or guarantor.
Respect image rights and privacy
Upload relevant images you have permission to use. Do not use stolen images or present photos of another item as the one on offer.
Do not publish identity documents, financial information or other people’s numbers without permission. Check what appears in each image and follow the file types and sizes accepted by the upload tool.
Content that is not allowed
Fraud, impersonation, unlawful offers, stolen goods, misleading claims and infringement of others’ rights are prohibited. Do not offer counterfeit parts as genuine.
Do not publish abusive content or others’ private information, or duplicate listings to spam or manipulate visibility. Do not request passwords, verification codes or payments in the platform’s name.
Review and keeping information current
Listings and businesses are subject to available review tools and may be rejected or removed from display for violations. Review concerns publication and does not mean technical inspection or verification of every claim.
Update listings when details change and use “Sold” status when appropriate. Close your part request or mark it fulfilled when you no longer need it.

Send support the content link and reason for your report. For image or text rights, identify the content and the right concerned, with relevant evidence but without unnecessary sensitive information.
