The service and our role
Maabilah Cars is a marketplace for listings and business information, helping users search and connect. It is not the seller, buyer or service provider in user-published listings.
The platform does not receive payment for cars, parts or services, manage payment, delivery or completion, or become a party to a sale, purchase or service contract.
Accounts and permitted use
Use accurate information, protect access to your account and do not share verification codes. You must be legally able to undertake the activity concerned and authorised to manage any business or listing you represent.
Do not impersonate others, access their accounts or information without permission or bypass access controls. Do not use the platform for spam, unlawful, misleading or fraudulent content.
Responsibility for content
Advertisers and business owners are responsible for the accuracy of information, prices and contact details, the necessary rights to images and text, and the legality of their offers and related obligations.
By submitting content, you allow the platform to store and display it within its pages and search according to the service’s purpose and permissions. You retain your rights in your content. Publication does not give you permission to use someone else’s content.
Before agreeing and paying
Users must check the other party’s identity, ownership or authority, the vehicle’s condition, part compatibility or scope of service. The parties agree directly on price, inspection, payment, delivery, warranties and returns where offered.
Prices, availability and descriptions come from advertisers and can change. The platform does not inspect vehicles or parts or guarantee quality, authenticity or completion. “Approved” status and “Trusted” badges are administrative and do not replace your checks.
Review and violations
The platform may review, reject or remove content from display, or suspend a violating or misleading business, through available administration tools. Publication approval is not a technical certificate, professional accreditation or promise of continued display.
You can contact support about an action affecting your content or report a violation with a content link and explanation.
Disputes and responsibility
Sale and service disputes are handled directly between the parties, who retain the right to contact competent authorities. The platform can consider reports of violating content but does not provide arbitration, guaranteed recovery or compensation for transactions to which it was not a party.
These terms do not remove non-waivable rights or responsibilities imposed by law on the platform or the parties. Use is subject to applicable laws in Oman.
Availability and updates
Features may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or technical reasons. We do not guarantee that every listing or feature will remain available without interruption. Terms may be updated as the service changes, with the update date shown on this page.
